The course will identify, analyze, and critique the formation and reproduction of social, economic, and political hierarchies grounded in race, gender, ethnicity, nationality, and sexuality.  The course aims to bridge feminist theory and praxis though readings, discussions, and concrete experiences at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW).
