Rutgers International Women's Group

Accompanying families of international faculty, researchers and students sometimes feel isolated because they do not have the automatic connection with the Rutgers community that their spouse or family member does. The Rutgers International Women's Group (IWG) aims to help spouses and family members reconnect with their personal identity and establish social networks on or near campus through a variety of programs, such as English conversation classes to cultural presentations to day-trips to local points of interest. The IWG's programs are varied, educational, and fun and are designed primarily for female spouses of visiting students and scholars, but the group is open to male spouses, as well. This group maintains it's own event page and photo gallery.
