RUTGERS–CAMDEN

Rotaract Club
The Rotaract Club's mission is to emphasize respect for the rights of others, to promote ethical standards and the dignity of all useful occupations, to provide opportunities for young people to address the needs and concerns of the South Jersey community and our world, and to motivate young people for eventual membership in Rotary. Rotary focuses its service efforts in six areas: promote peace, fight disease, provide clean water and sanitation, save mothers and children, support education, and grow local economies.

 

RUTGERS–Newark

Association of International Relations
The Association of International Relations promotes and works toward the United Nations SDGs, which include diminishing inequality globally, fighting for renewable energy, and volunteering with the world's refugees.

Peace and Conflict Studies Student Association
This organization represents the students of the graduate program in Peace and Conflict Studies at Rutgers-Newark.

 

RUTGERS–NEW BRUNSWICK

RU GenUN
GenUN is a national initiative of the United Nations Association aimed at educating students about UN issues and empowering advocacy for international humanitarian issues. RU GenUN is a chapter affiliate backed by the SAS Honors Program.  As an action-oriented platform, RU GenUN provides a vehicle for Rutgers students to lead campaigns on the 2030 Agenda and the UN SDGs. 

Oxfam Rutgers
Oxfam Rutgers is a university chapter of Oxfam America and Oxfam International. This group is dedicated to helping spread awareness about hunger, poverty, and injustices that occurs all over the world. Oxfam Rutgers will also engage the Rutgers community in fundraising and volunteer activities, helping to create long-term solutions for global poverty and injustices related to poverty, including but not limited to, health and education, as well as crisis relief to poverty stricken nations around the world.

Peacemakers
Peacemakers educates Rutgers students on topics normally discussed through member research and aims to create an alumni network of policy-based professionals for their aid and guidance. The group will also serve to help Rutgers students plan for careers in international policy, the United Nations, and more.
