Virtual Drop-In Advising Our drop in advising is offered virtually on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. (ET) and Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (ET). Stop by anytime during the session and talk to one of our advisors.

**Troubleshooting Zoom Registration**
If you receive an error message when trying to register for drop-in advising, try the following:
(1) Make sure you are using your netid@rutgers.edu email
(2) Confirm that you have activated your Rutgers Zoom account
(3) Contact OIT if issue persists. (It could mean you have a personal Zoom account linked to your Rutgers email. OIT will have to reconfigure this before the system will recognize your account as authorized.)
