Rutgers faculty and industry partners convene for a seminar on smart manufacturing and urban manufacturing. Speakers will discuss how manufacturing is rapidly embracing new technologies to help improve efficiency, reduce lead/down time, and increase competitiveness. In addition, economic development leaders will talk about their efforts to promote New Jersey and its higher education assets abroad, and to support manufacturing industry investment and collaboration. This seminar is presented by Rutgers Global, the Office of Economic Development, and the Corporate Engagement Center, and in collaboration with the New Jersey Economic Development Authority and Choose New Jersey.
