Developing mindfulness and self-care practices can be a powerful way to enhance well-being, creativity, and concentration. Please join CAPS staff Yushi and Siobhan to learn new ways to manage stress during COVID-19.


Interested in practicing self-care at home? Join us each Wednesday from 6-7 p.m. EST to participate in a different wellness activity including meditation exercises, art therapy, and physical activity.
