Student Testimonials

Picture of student in Prague

Hi, I'm Jesse. I'm an aerospace engineering student at Rutgers. During the spring semester of my sophomore year, I decided I wanted to study abroad the following summer because I did not yet have any plans and I wanted to try something different. When I saw that internship programs were offered, I was immediately interested because I would be able to travel the world while also building my resume. Thus, I applied for the CEA CAPA Internship in Prague program and began my journey! The process was super easy; I basically just had to send in my resume and the actual process of finding the internship was done for me. On my first day at the internship, I was (understandably) very nervous, but everyone there was very kind and accommodating. One of the employees even walked me back to the bus stop after my first day so that I wouldn't get lost trying to find my apartment, which was located in the historic center of Prague. Every day when I would leave my apartment, I was surrounded by breathtaking beauty. Even after two months of living there, I never got desensitized to it. Between fun outings with my roommates and hard but rewarding days at my internship, my study abroad experience has many of my fondest memories
