Academics
At Koç, students choose classes in Archaeology & History of Art, Business, Chemistry, Economics, Engineering (Chemical & Biological, Computer, Electrical & Electronics, Industrial, & Mechanical), English & Comparative Literature, History, International Relations, Mathematics, Media & Visual Arts, Molecular Biology & Genetics, Philosophy, Physics, Psychology, and Sociology. In order to have an idea of what classes are available, you should visit the Koç University website.
You will need to be sure that you are registered as a full time student according to Koç and Rutgers University. That means you will need to take approximately 12-15 credits while abroad. The credit translation system between Koç and Rutgers University is 1:1, meaning a 3-credit course at Koç will also be a 3-credit course on your Rutgers University transcript. It is not possible to take classes as not-for-credit or pass/fail.

Housing and Meals
Koc University student dormitories are located on the Main Rumelifeneri campus. Students typically reside in double or triple rooms. Each building is equipped with a laundry room, a kitchen and a lounge. Incoming students are usually matched with local KU students!
