Patricia (Patty) Welsh

Patty Welsh is an adviser for students exploring studying abroad. She graduated from Shippensburg University with a bachelor's degree in communication/public relations and a master's degree in counseling education from Rider University. Though she never studied abroad, she has traveled to Australia and Italy and enjoyed all the cultural elements that each had to offer.
