J-1 Scholar Virtual Information Session: Understanding the New DHS Rule
Rutgers Global - International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS) and Rutgers Newark’s Office of International Student & Scholar Services (OISS) invite J-1 scholars and their J-2 dependents to attend a virtual information session on the new DHS rule. This webinar will provide an overview of the major changes affecting J-1/J-2 exchange visitors and discuss potential implications for immigration status, travel, employment authorization, and maintaining status. As federal guidance continues to develop, the session will focus on currently available information and known impacts for scholars. Please be sure to submit any general questions in advance.
