Rutgers Global - International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS) and Rutgers Newark’s Office of International Student & Scholar Services (OISS) invite Department Administrators to attend a virtual information session on the new DHS rule. This webinar will provide an overview of the major changes affecting international scholars and discuss potential implications for J-1 extensions, J-1 transfers and F-1 Optional Practical Training. As federal guidance continues to develop, the session will focus on currently available information and known impacts for scholars and sponsoring units.
