**Troubleshooting Zoom Registration**
If you receive an error message when trying to register for drop-in advising, try the following:
(1) Make sure you are using your netid@rutgers.edu email
(2) Confirm that you have activated your Rutgers Zoom account
(3) Contact OIT if issue persists. (It could mean you have a personal Zoom account linked to your Rutgers email. OIT will have to reconfigure this before the system will recognize your account as authorized.)

All students are welcome! Join us for a workshop on budgeting tips, scholarship and grant opportunities, and how to maximize your Rutgers Financial Aid award to fund your study abroad experience.

Join our virtual weekly Financial Aid Workshops to learn about:

  • How to Access Financial Aid – Discover scholarships, grants, and funding options available for study abroad.

  • Budgeting Tips – Get practical advice on planning and managing your expenses.

  • Scholarships and Access Programs – Learn about:

National Competitive Scholarships Information Sessions: 

Are you a Pell Grant recipient? Learn how the Gilman Scholarship can help fund your undergraduate study abroad or international internship experience. This session will also cover the John McCain International Scholarship for children of military families, offering up to $5,000 to support your global learning journey.

Barry Goldwater Scholarship supports sophomores and juniors (U.S. citizens and permanent residents) planning research careers in STEM. Awardees receive up to $7,500/year for educational expenses and access to professional development. Rutgers may nominate up to six students annually. Campus Deadline: Monday, November 24, 2025
