Virtual Drop-In Advising
Our drop in advising is offered virtually on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. (ET) and Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (ET). Stop by anytime during the session and talk to one of our advisors. Click the links below to register and receive the Zoom meeting link.

**Troubleshooting Zoom Registration**
If you receive an error message when trying to register for drop-in advising, try the following:
(1) Make sure you are using your netid@rutgers.edu email
(2) Confirm that you have activated your Rutgers Zoom account
(3) Contact OIT if issue persists. (It could mean you have a personal Zoom account linked to your Rutgers email. OIT will have to reconfigure this before the system will recognize your account as authorized.)

Are you a Pell Grant recipient? Learn how the Gilman Scholarship can help fund your undergraduate study abroad or international internship experience. This session will also cover the John McCain International Scholarship for children of military families, offering up to $5,000 to support your global learning journey.
Boren Awards: Scholarships & Fellowships-Link Coming Soon!
Discover how the Boren Awards provide U.S. undergraduates with up to $25,000 for study abroad in critical global regions, with additional funding for STEM majors and summer language study. Up to $30,000 in graduate students fellowships for research and language study. Join this expert-led workshop to learn more about these exciting opportunities. ROTC & Veterans Students are also eligible for these scholarships!

Fall 2026 Study Abroad Fair
Come to our Fall 2026 Study Abroad Fair on September 16, 2026 at the Livingston Student Center.
Attending our Study Abroad Fair is one of the best ways to learn about global education and funding opportunities. Held annually in the fall semester, this is the best opportunity to talk directly to:
- study abroad advisors
- faculty and program directors
- partner institutions
- program providers
- AND student alumni
Any attending student can enter a raffle for application fee waivers and study abroad scholarships! Also, enjoy free food, games, swag, and more!
