Hosted by the Center on Violence Against Women and Children at the School of Social Work, in concert with departmental and community co-partners, this five-hour event features an expert panel of researchers, practitioners, and community organizations on the intersection of gender-based violence, refugees, and resettlement, followed by a collaborative discussion between researchers, practitioners, community members, and students. All attendees will have access to an online site for continued learning. This is the second part of a two-part "Incubation" series examining Gender Based Violence (GBV) and displacement/refugee issues. This event is designed for a non-expert audience of students, community members, practioners, researchers, NGOs, and faculty.
