Rutgers Centers for Global Advancement and International Affairs

GAIA Grants

Each year, the GAIA Centers offer seed grants to grow the university's international research and teaching projects--the GAIA Grants. The grants are supported by the GAIA Centers; the Office of the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs; the Office of the Chancellor, Rutgers University–Camden; the Office of the Chancellor, Rutgers University–Newark; the Office of the Chancellor, Rutgers University–New Brunswick; the Office of the Chancellor, Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences, and the Rutgers China Office. Sign up for our mailing list to learn about more exciting opportunities and international news from Rutgers.

Many faculty members who have secured GAIA grants go on to win grants from funding sources like the National Science Foundation or the National Institutes of Health. Others find opportunities to publish their scholarly articles.
